A Centre of Excellence at Korle Bu
Established in 1997, the National Radiotherapy Oncology and Nuclear Medicine Centre is a clinical department of Korle Bu Teaching Hospital. We care for people with solid tumours and certain benign tumours through services including radiotherapy, chemotherapy and nuclear medicine.
Our multidisciplinary workforce brings together oncologists, nuclear medicine physicians, medical physicists, oncology nurses, radiation therapy technologists, biomedical engineers, a clinical psychologist, biostatisticians, health informaticists and administrative staff. Working across specialties, we strive to provide coordinated care for patients in Ghana and the sub-region.
