A CELEBRATION OF LIFE

World Cancer Survivors Day 2026: A Celebration of Life
PUBLISHED: JUNE 7, 2026
At the National Radiotherapy Oncology and Nuclear Medicine Centre, we join the global community in commemorating World Cancer Survivors Day, a day dedicated to celebrating the courage, resilience, and strength of cancer survivors, while honouring caregivers, families, healthcare professionals, and the cherished memories of loved ones we have lost.
Every cancer journey is unique. Behind every survivor is a story of hope, determination, and perseverance. Today, we recognize not only those who have overcome cancer but also those who continue to fight, supported by their families, friends, and healthcare teams.
As we reflect on this special day, we are reminded that no one walks this journey alone. Together, we stand in unity, offering support, encouragement, and hope to all those affected by cancer.
Bible Verse “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:31
Today, we celebrate life, honor every journey, and reaffirm our commitment to compassionate cancer care.
Every story matters. No one fights alone.
Hope. Healing. Humanity.
